McNeely has worked since 1996 as an arranger, composer
and piano soloist with the Metropole Orchestra, a big-band-based
group augmented with 25 strings, extra woodwinds, harp
and percussion.
Based in Hilversum, the 60-piece group presents live broadcasts from an auditorium in the radio station's corporate building and records music for broadcast.
